Somewhere deep in bear country… Moving Day15

There’s a great discussion on the group today about how to prepare your kids for a move, including lots of great tools like making a book of your old hood, a song about moving by one of our fave kid bands Jeremy Plays Guitar and making postcards for friends to send the kids at their new address. And of course, the Berenstain Bears. Although I’m sure there are other books out there that might be better (the fact that the moving truck “makes a few wrong turns” in the story was enough to worry my anxious kid) but if your kids like the bears it’s worth a try.
